Throughout the years, we’ve seen Dale Earnhardt Jr. fill a variety of roles. First there was “Race Car Driver Dale,” then “Team Owner Dale.” Heck, we even got to see “Watercooler Dale” at one point. But now, we’re finally going to see “Crew Chief Dale.”

MOORESVILLE, N.C. – In celebration of Major League Baseball’s 2025 jewel event, the MLB Speedway Classic presented by BuildSubmarines.com in Bristol, TN, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Budweiser and MLB are teaming up to bring a NASCAR Hall of Famer, American beer and America’s favorite pastime to fans by recreating and paying homage to the iconic No. 8 Budweiser / MLB All-Star Game paint scheme. The legendary scheme will be showcased at the MLB Speedway Classic on August 2 and will be raced by Earnhardt Jr. in the zMAX CARS Tour event at Anderson (S.C.) Motor Speedway on August 16.

Stars and cars of the CARS Tour return to historic North Wilkesboro Speedway for a two-night doubleheader on Thursday, May 15 and Friday, May 16. Entry lists for both CARS Tour divisions are bursting at the seams with talent and big names, but the race track isn’t the only place where big names with massive talent can be found. The broadcast booth on FloRacing and FS1 will have two of the biggest names in NASCAR from the 21st century.

An Earnhardt is back behind the wheel of a Dirt Late Model.

The CARS Tour is headed to the Peach State for the first time in its history this weekend, with two deep fields of talent, a NASCAR Hall of Famer in competition with the Late Model Stock Cars, and a second-generation driver making his CARS Tour debut with the Pro Late Models. In total, 60 cars are making the inaugural trip to Cordele Motor Speedway this weekend.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. confirmed another race on his schedule and dropped a cool, new Sun Drop scheme that he will be piloting when he runs the penultimate race on the 2025 CARS Tour calendar at North Carolina’s Tri-County Speedway on Saturday, October 4.

On Tuesday afternoon, CARS Tour officials announced that Treyten Lapcevich had been disqualified from last Saturday’s “Window World 125” at North Wilkesboro Speedway after it had appeared that the Canadian rookie had scored his first series victory. Since the announcement was made, there’s been a lot of speculation, finger-pointing and accusations levied towards the series. So much so that CARS Tour co-owner Dale Earnhardt Jr. decided to address it on the video version of his podcast, the “Dale Jr. Download.”

It’s hard to believe that Dale Earnhardt Jr. is doing something for the first time, but on July 20 he will take on Virginia’s Langley Speedway for the very first time in a bid to win the Hampton Heat 200.

NASCAR Hall of Famer and CARS Tour co-owner Dale Earnhardt Jr. announced Tuesday where he will be taking his broadcasting talents to for 2025 and beyond. Earnhardt Jr. will be joining the TNT Sports broadcast booth as well as the Amazon Prime broadcast booth for 2025.
