LAKE CITY, FL – The 2023 dirt Modified season is officially underway.

After wet weather nixed the scheduled event at Lake View Motor Speedway in Nichols, S.C., Feb. 2-4, the 10th anniversary Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco season now gets underway in the Sunshine State.

With snow on the ground and cold temperatures in the air, Northeast Dirt Modified teams are leaving it all behind and heading south to kick off the 2023 racing season in the Sunshine State. First up will be four nights of racing at All-Tech Raceway for the stars of the popular Short Track Super Series.

Drivers, teams and fans from various forms of motorsports are gearing up for one of the busiest stretches of the racing season this January and February. The traditional Georgia-Florida Speedweeks packs a big punch with oodles of racing events on both dirt and pavement taking place over a one-month period.
