Two-time reigning Chili Bowl Nationals champion and USAC Triple Crown campaigner Logan Seavey has partnered with Chris Bragg Racing of Springtown, Texas, and VG Performance of Batesville, Ark., to race a Dirt Late Model on a limited basis this year.

It’s not too often the best drivers in Sprint Car and Dirt Late Model racing compete together on the same nightly program.

Logan Seavey clinched his second USAC National Midget championship by taking the green flag Tuesday night at Merced Speedway. Seavey, who also won a USAC National Midget championship in 2018, earned his second USAC title of the season after claiming the USAC Silver Crown title in October. This marks the first time a driver has won two USAC crowns in a season since 2011 with Levi Jones (Silver Crown and Sprint).

Defending Chili Bowl Nationals winner Logan Seavey is running it back with the team that helped him win his first Golden Driller trophy in 2023. Seavey will once again drive the No. 39 for Kevin Swindell during the 2024 Chili Bowl Nationals in January.

After a year away from the biggest Midget race of the year, Tyler Courtney will return to the Chili Bowl Nationals in 2024. Courtney has teamed up with Abacus Racing to pilot the team's No. 57 NOS Energy Drink entry in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Leading into the USAC Silver Crown National Championship finale at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, Logan Seavey’s co-car owners Robbie Rice and Brent Cox confided that sleep was going to be hard to come by as they counted down the days to the final race of the season.

Tanner Swanson dominated the rescheduled USAC Silver Crown Series finale at Indianapolis Raceway Park on Sunday. He beat Bobby Santos III to the line by 9.799 seconds, followed by Justin Grant, Kody Swanson and C.J. Leary.
