The zMAX CARS Tour announced its 15-race schedule for the 2027 season on Thursday morning. The schedule features three tracks that are new or returning to the schedule after some time away, as well as the usual crowd favorites that have become tradition over the last decade.

Caden Kvapil joined an exclusive club on Friday night at Newport Speedway. Kvapil unofficially clinched the 2026 CARS Tour Late Model Stock Car championship with his fourth victory of the season. Kvapil, who also won the Pro Late Model championship in 2023. Kvapil joins Jared Fryar and his brother Carson as champions of two different CARS Tour divisions.

SPEARS CARS Tour Southwest heads to Las Vegas on Friday, Oct. 2, for the inaugural Kyle Busch Classic at the recently renovated Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, paying tribute to the Las Vegas native and two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch.

The zMAX CARS Tour finally got to race at Hudson, North Carolina's Tri-County Speedway on Sunday afternoon after rain washed out Saturday's intended doubleheader for the Late Model Stock Cars and Pro Late Models. Conner Jones was the story in both races as he scored the win in the Late Model Stock Car feature, and finished second in the Pro Late Model feature with some controversy. Jones and TJ DeCaire battled hard for the win, but eventually gave it away to Brody Monahan.

SPEARS CARS Tour West returns to Orange Show Speedway on Saturday, Sept. 12, as the Southwest Pro Late Models and Limited Late Models take on the historic quarter-mile oval in San Bernardino, with Frank's Radio Legends also in action.

Drivers in both zMAX CARS Tour divisions do not have much time to regroup following last weekend’s race at Florence Motor Speedway, as they will be back in action on Saturday at Tri-County Speedway for the SoundGear 225 presented by Stoke Shoes.
