    Veteran Sprint Car racer Mike Wagner has been treated and released from Central Pennsylvania-area hospital Geisinger Medical Center following Saturday's nasty Tuscarora heat race crash at Port Royal Speedway, the Harrisonville, Pa., driver's team said Monday via social media.
