How To Watch The 2026 Tulsa Shootout

The Tulsa Shootout is back, and the 2026 event is looking like another record turnout. Here’s how to watch, live on FloRacing, from Dec. 30 through Jan. 3.

Last year, the famed Tulsa Shootout celebrated 40 editions – four decades of history and memories, 40 years of champions, countless truckloads of dirt to transform the SageNet Center at Expo Square in Tulsa, Oklahoma, into a world-renowned dirt track.

How can the event top such a run of success and an unforgettable milestone? By getting even bigger for the 41st edition.

Though it’s known as the “Mecca of Micros,” there’s nothing small about the turnout for the Hyper Racing Tulsa Shootout powered by NOS Energy Drink, which has hit 2,000+ entries for the first time in event history. 

Last year, 1,855 total entries were submitted, with 1,798 drawing in. The previous record was 1,752 entries across six divisions in 2024. 

For the FloRacing subscribers who can’t be there in person, all of the action from Dec. 30 through Jan. 3 will be broadcast live on FloRacing and the FloSports app, beginning Dec. 30 at 10 a.m. Eastern. 

Droves of drivers soon will converge on T-Town to get situated for the exciting week of dirt racing that will put a cap on the 2025 calendar year and kick off 2026 with a shiny new batch of Golden Driller trophies – the most recognizable award in dirt track racing – being given out to this year’s champions.

The event is known for including drivers of all ages and levels of experience, from across the United States to a half-dozen additional countries. 

Among the repeat entries are NASCAR Cup Series stars Kyle Busch and Kyle Larson, who have become part of the generational popularity of the Tulsa Shootout, as their sons, Brexton Busch and Owen Larson have participated, too.

At the anniversary edition of the event in 2025, Kyle Larson won two classifications – Winged Outlaw and Winged A-Class – while Brexton Busch was the Junior Sprints champion.

Life of a do-it-all racing legend like Kyle Larson sometimes gets complicated, but he’s hoping to be back from another event in Australia in time to join Owen, and now his daughter Audrey, at the Tulsa Shootout.
