High Limit Racing Skagit Nationals Friday Results At Skagit Raceway

Kubota High Limit Racing turns its attention to the fifth annual Skagit Nationals at Washington's Skagit Raceway this weekend, which this year boasts one of the most lucrative winner's purses in all of Sprint Car racing at $126,000-to-win come Saturday night.
Friday's preliminary action continued with reigning Skagit Nationals champ Rico Abreu notching his fourth-straight High Limit victory at Skagit (he won Thursday's prelim and Friday's 2024 prelim) and fifth overall victory at the Skagit Nationals (he won a prelim in 2023). Abreu collected $20,000 from the seventh-starting spot.
Abreu led the final nine laps of the 30-lap prelim, snatching the lead from race-long pacesetter Robbie Price on lap 22.
