Knoxville Nationals Entry List 2025: See Who's Racing Here
A look at the entry list for the 2025 Knoxville Nationals that runs Aug. 6-9 at Iowa's Knoxville Raceway.

With the 64th NOS Energy Drink Knoxville Nationals presented by Casey's nearly a week away, entries are being finalized for the Sprint Car racing's biggest event that runs Aug. 6-9 at Knoxville Raceway and Iowa's historic Marion County Fairgrounds.
As of July 28, there's 97 drivers registered for the Crown Jewel that boasts a purse of $1,181,155 between preliminary action and, of course, Saturday's 40-lap, $195,000-to-win main event. Split-field rosters for Aug. 6-7's qualifying nights should be released in the coming days and entries are open through Aug. 6's qualifying night.
Five past champions headline the driver roster: 11-time champ Donny Schatz, three-time and reigning winner Kyle Larson, David Gravel (2019), Brad Sweet (2018) and Sammy Swindell (1983).
Two drivers, Gio Scelzi and Justin Sanders, are in substitute roles at the Knoxville Nationals, with Scelzi filling in the Clauson-Marshall Racing No. 7BC for the injured Tyler Courtney and Sanders for the injured Aaron Reutzel in the Ridge & Sons Racing No. 87.
The top-10 winningest drivers in 410 Sprint Car racing are entered: Gravel (11 wins), Rico Abreu (11), Anthony Macri (10), Cap Henry (eight), Sanders (eight), Buddy Kofoid (eight), Ryan Timms (eight), Carson Macedo (seven), Danny Dietrich (seven) and Larson (seven).
Overall, 26 states are represented, with Iowa's 13 drivers leading the way. California and Pennsylvania are tied for second with seven drivers represented.
Fifteen event rookies are set to make their Knoxville Nationals debut: Jack Anderson, Henry Edward, Austyn Gossel, Jacob Hughes, Scotty Johnson, Cam Martin, Thomas Meseraull, Conner Morrell, Joel Myers Jr., Heath Nestrick, Daison Pursley, Brandon Spithaler, Ashton Torgerson, Justin Whittall and Brandon Worthington.
According to the track's website, World of Outlaws campaigner Chris Windom and Skylar Gee aren't officially entered for the Knoxville Nationals, but both are expected to compete.
