BROWNSTOWN, Ind. — Jonathan Davenport made winning look easy in Wednesday night’s 50-lap Castrol FloRacing Night in America feature at Brownstown Speedway.

From the Speed Showcase 200 at Port Royal to the Dirt Track World Championship at Portsmouth Raceway Park and Trophy Cup at Thunderbowl Raceway, October was a month filled with big-money races on dirt.

BULLS GAP, Tenn. (Oct. 20, 2021) — With a $10,000 victory that clinched a $20,000 championship, Jonathan Davenport had a profitable night at Volunteer Speedway on Wednesday. But claiming the combined $30,000 payday was far from easy for the Dirt Late Model superstar from Blairsville, Ga.Mastering a tricky track surface and surviving heavy lapped traffic, the fourth-starting Davenport used a bold turn-four slide job to take the lead from polesitter Ross Bailes of Clover, S.C., on lap 27 of Wednesday’s 40-lap Castrol®FloRacing Night in America feature at Volunteer’s high-banked third-mile oval and pulled away from Kyle Larson of Elk Grove, Calif., through the race’s closing circuits on his way to earning his 24th overall victory of the 2021 season. Davenport, who became the first-year tour’s first repeat winner in seven races, mathematically clinched the Castrol® FloRacing tour’s championship with one race remaining on the schedule.

With two races remaining on the 2021 schedule, Castrol FloRacing Night in America invades Tennessee's Volunteer Speedway on Wednesday night for a $10,000-to-win main event. The entry list for the race includes some of the best drivers from the Volunteer State, as well as the biggest names on the national Dirt Late Model scene.

From the World 100s and 4-Crown Nationals at Eldora Speedway to the Tuscarora 50 at Port Royal Speedway and Fonda 200 at Fonda Speedway, September was a big month of racing for dirt racers in America.

Monday night is Castrol® FloRacing Night in America at Fairbury Speedway and live on FloRacing. A strong contingent of the best Dirt Late Model racers in the country will be joined by NASCAR star Kyle Larson for the second running of "One for the Road," paying $15,000 to the race winner.

Jonathan Davenport holds the Castrol® FloRacing points chase firmly in grasp with a 36-point lead over second-place Devin Moran. Mike Marlar is steadily climbing in the points chase and is only six points behind Moran. World of Outlaws points leader Brandon Sheppard will be aboard his family-owned #B5 Rocket. Kyle Larson returns to try and go back-to-back after winning round #3 at the Brownstown Speedway. Another loaded field is shaping up for Wednesday's third round of Castrol FloRacing Night in America as the series heads to Brownstown Speedway for a $10,000-to-win super late model midweek special. Castrol FloRacing points leader Jonathan Davenport returns to action along with Atomic victor Devin Moran. They are joined by Elk Grove, CA's Kyle Larson, again paired with the potent Kevin Rumley #6 Longhorn, and World of Outlaws points leader Brandon Sheppard aboard his family owned #b5 Rocket. National stars Tyler Erb and Ricky Thornton Jr., along with Brownstown standout Devin Gilpin and many more will also be in action.

Atomic Speedway hosts Thursday’s $22,000-to-win Castrol FloRacing Night in America 'Fireball 50'. The second race for the upstart series will be the highest paying event of the tour. Georgia’s Jonathan Davenport won the tour’s first-ever race, picking up a $10,000 win at Tyler County Speedway on April 15.
