4. Bacon Rises & Shines In USAC History Books

Oct 28, 2020

Brady Bacon’s year was full of milestones in many aspects.  His third career USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car driving championship in 2020 was dotted by his rise up the ladder in terms of feature wins with the series, the 35th of which moved him into the top-ten all-time alongside Rich Vogler and Jon Stanbrough on Oct. 3 at Lawrenceburg.

On Sept. 25 at Gas City I-69 Speedway, Bacon also recorded the 37th fast qualifying time of his USAC National Sprint Car career, passing Bryan Clauson to move into fifth all-time alongside 1968-70-75 series champion, Larry Dickson.
