NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle rider, Chris Bostick walked away from a wild ride at the Muckleshoot Casino Northwest Nationals at Pacific Raceways last weekend.
He crossed the finish line first and earned the round 1 win, but shortly after he ran into trouble and his bike crossed the centerline and hit the other lane's wall. Bostick was able to keep the bike upright, and hang on during the impact. He mentioned that his helmet shifted and he was unable to see what was going on, which makes the end result of staying on the bike and no injuries even more impressive.
Bostick and team pulled a spare motorcycle out of the trailer and made it up in time for round 2, but came up short. All-in-all, a happy ending to a scary situation.
