The lineup for Slinger Nationals qualifying was determined Monday night during a qualifying draw at Slinger Speedway. Following the completion of practice, 32 drivers participated in the draw to determine when they will go out during Tuesday's qualifying session.

During the qualifying draw, each driver—or a team representative—picked a beer can with a number written on the bottom. That number determined their spot in the qualifying order for the Slinger Nationals.

Former Snowball Derby winner Derek Thorn pulled the dreaded number-one spot and will be the first car out for qualifying, while Mitchell Haver will be the 32nd and final car to record time. 

Luke Fenhaus, driver of the No. 4 Super Late Model matched his car number and will go out fourth. Other notables include: Steve Apel (11th), Ty Majeski (15th), Bubba Pollard (18th), defending winner Brad Mueller (23rd) and Johnny Sauter (27th).

Qualifying will be of the upmost importance on Tuesday with only half of the drivers in attendance (16) locking into the 200-lap feature via time trials. The remainder of the field will be sent to a qualifying race that will transfer only four drivers.
