NHRA Funny Car driver for John Force Racing, Jack Beckman, walked away from a scary on-track incident at the NHRA New England Nationals at New England Dragway.

The incident happened in the semi-final round of elminations on Sunday against Rookie Spencer Hyde. Both Spencer and Jack's cars both went into quick tire shake. Spencer was able to pedal the car and get it moving out of Jack's way before his Peak Chevrolet Camaro made a sharp turn into Spencer's lane. Thankfully, Hyde's car was long gone and on his way to a smooth pass to earn the win-light while Jack's incident occurred.

Jack was able to get out of the car immediately, stood on the top of the car to salute the fans and was cleared by NHRA Doctor, Phillip Surface.

The NHRA Tour continues in Bristol, Tennessee this weekend, so the John Force Racing team will quickly make the moves to get another car sent to Bristol so he can continue to chase a World Championship.
