The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series held its fifth race of Georgia-Florida Speedweeks to kickstart the year on Friday at Florida's All-Tech Raceway.

Ricky Thornton Jr. couldn't be stopped from the pole, as the tour's wins record holder for a single-season controlled all 50 laps to grab his third victory of the young 2024 season. Devin Moran, who challenged Thornton briefly, finished second.

Hudson O'Neal rounded out the podium in third. Tyler Bruening of Decorah, Iowa, started 17th and finished fourth.
