Travis Rilat led start to finish in the Cocopah Nationals night 1 for a long overdue win on the American Sprint Car Series tour. It was his 27th win overall, but his first since 2013.
For the second night in a row, a driver without a ride in the Cocopah Nationals only two weeks previous won with a new team. This time it was Joey Saldana's turn behind the wheel of the Kevin Rudeen No. 26.
Seth Bergman got progressively better in three nights of racing from third in night one, second in night two, to Victory Lane in the third and final night.
