The World 100 even feature took to the track as the last race of the night.
Pole-sitter Brandon Overton led race flag-to-flag, withholding the win from Chris Madden who made several attempts at passing the leader after starting fifth in the 25-lap feature.
Madden had to settle for a second while being the fastest driver in the final laps. He just couldn’t get in position to pass Overton for the lead. Don O’Neal completed the podium, Zach Dohm advanced eight positions from 12th to fourth, and Earl Pearson Jr. who started third and make a few charges for the lead rounded out the top five.
The field resets tonight to run a second full schedule ending in a second set of 25-lap features. Points from nights one and two will determine starting order in Saturday night’s World 100 feature.
