The Orlando World Street Nationals XXIX returns to Orlando Speed World Dragway in Florida on November 10-13, 2022, for what will surely be one of the hottest season-ending events in recent memory.

Preston Tanner scored his first Summit Racing Equipment Mid-West Drag Racing Series (MWDRS) presented by J&A Service victory in his Stroud Safety Pro Mod debut Saturday night at US 131 Motorsports Park’s Honor Credit Union Funny Car Nationals. The 22-year-old former Jr. Dragster standout defeated points leader Dustin Nesloney when Nesloney went red in the final round. Tanner is now the fourth different Pro Mod winner in the five races the series has contested so far this season.

The 2022 AMSOIL Championship Off-Road season has reached its final weekend, and what better place for a finale than the Crandon International Off-Road Raceway on Labor Day weekend. This will be the 7th time in the last 9 years that Crandon has hosted a points season finale on Labor Day weekend.

The Virginia native recorded a 3.797-second pass at 199.88 MPH in the final round to defeat Ed “The Iron Man” Burnley and his 4.077 at 145.19.

Race winners, world champions, top qualifiers, and consistent performers from the Professional Drag Racers Association (PDRA) will come together for the second annual Summit Racing Equipment PDRA ProStars race during Virginia Motorsports Park’s K95 Richmond Night of Fire this Saturday, July 30. The special event will pay out over $60,000 to the winners in the PDRA’s professional, sportsman, and Jr. Dragster classes.

Longtime Switzer Dynamics Pro Nitrous driver Chris Rini scored his first-ever Professional Drag Racers Association (PDRA) win Sunday night at the Drag 965 Summer Shootout presented by Classic Graphix at Virginia Motorsports Park. Rini’s .006 reaction time and 3.732-second, 202.97 MPH pass gave him the win over first-time finalist Dane Wood and his 3.963 at 178.00.

A brief drizzle turned into a constant downpour, putting an early end to Friday qualifying at the Professional Drag Racers Association (PDRA) Drag 965 Summer Shootout presented by Classic Graphix at Virginia Motorsports Park. The series was in the middle of the first qualifying session for Liberty’s Gears Extreme Pro Stock presented by AED Competition when rain started. A continuous heavy downpour led officials to postpone the rest of qualifying to Saturday.
