410 Sprint Car drivers from Pennsylvania and beyond will make their way to New Jersey's Bridgeport Motorsports Park this weekend for SprintOberfest.

One of the biggest Sprint Car events ever held in the state of New Jersey will take place this weekend at Bridgeport Motorsports Park. SprintOberfest, a three-day event filled with Sprint Car racing, will begin Friday night and conclude with a $15,000-to-win main event for 410 Sprint Cars on Sunday. 

With the racing season winding down, many of the top Sprint Car drivers from Pennsylvania and beyond will make their way to Bridgeport to compete in the race. The current list of announced entries features PA Posse stars, as well as winners with both the All Star Circuit of Champions and World of Outlaws Sprint Cars. 

Anthony Macri, who won the Invasion of the Posse event at Bridgeport earlier this season, is expected to be one of many drivers contending for the win. Fellow PA Posse stars Danny Dietrich and last week's National Open winner Lance Dewease are both expected to join the fun. 

Other members of the PA Posse expected to compete in the event include Lincoln Speedway track champion Freddie Rahmer and recent 410 Sprint Car winner at Port Royal Speedway, Justin Whittall. 

Gio Scelzi, a two-time winner with the World of Outlaws this year, is also expected to compete in the event. 

The Tezos All Star Circuit of Champions will be well represented with Cory Eliason, Kyle Reinhardt, Sye Lynch and Lucas Wolfe all planning to chase the SprintOberfest win. 

A pair of rising stars in the open-wheel ranks, Alex Bright and Briggs Danner, will be seeking the biggest Sprint Car wins of their careers. 

Other drivers who have been announced on the track's Facebook page include Paul Colagiovanni, Tim Buckwalter, Devon Borden and Dylan Norris. 

The three-day weekend begins Friday night with a non-winners races for 410 Sprint Cars, URC 360 Sprint Cars and USAC East Coast Sprints. A timed practice will also be held for 410 Sprint Cars, with the top three drivers locking into Sunday's dash. 

Saturday's schedule includes a full program for 410 Sprint Cars, highlighted by a $5,000-to-win feature. The top three in Saturday's feature will lock into the dash on Sunday. 20-lap qualifiers for URC 360 Sprint Cars and USAC East Coast Sprints will also be held on Saturday. 

Sunday's program will be highlighted by a 40-lap, $15,000-to-win feature for 410 Sprint Cars. URC 360 Sprint Cars and USAC Sprint Cars will also be in action for 40-lap feature races.
