Five Prop Bets For Castrol FloRacing Night In America At Eldora

The wait is nearly over and Castrol FloRacing Night in America is almost here. After having a ton of fun during the inaugural season last year, we're raising the bar and attempting to hit the chip on the fun meter in 2022.

We've teamed up with our friends from PickUp to come up with five fun prop bets for the season opener on Tuesday, April 26 at Eldora Speedway.

These prop bets are for entertainment purposes only; however, if you participate and choose to enter your phone number, you will have the opportunity to win prizes. Scroll below to make your picks and follow along Tuesday night as you watch live on FloRacing.

Bet #1 - Will Bobby Pierce finish in the top three at Eldora?

Analysis: Bobby Pierce has made 58 career starts at Eldora Speedway and has finished in the top five on 21 occasions. He's a former World 100 winner and won three Sunoco American Late Model Series events at the track. Despite his success at Eldora during his career, his last three starts have not gone as planned with finishes of 14th, 15th and 19th in 2021.

Will he break through and score a podium finish on Tuesday? Well, that's up for you to decide below.

Bet #2 - Which Pennsylvania driver will finish better at Eldora: Chub Frank, Mason Zeigler or Max Blair?

Analysis: The Keystone State is expected to be represented by a trio of drivers on Tuesday night with Chub Frank, Mason Zeigler and Max Blair on the expected entry list. Out of these three drivers, Zeigler has the most experience at the track with 42 career starts between preliminary and main events, including a preliminary win at the Dirt Late Model Dream. However, Frank has the biggest win of them all: a World 100 victory in 2004. Don't sleep on Blair, though. The United Late Model Series (ULMS) dominator scored 18 victories one year ago.

Bet #3 - Where will "Sunshine" Tyler Courtney finish at Eldora?

Analysis: Open wheel star Tyler Courtney is scheduled to make his Dirt Late Model debut during Castrol FloRacing Night in America at Eldora. While "Sunshine" is new to Dirt Late Models, he is no stranger to victory lane at Eldora Speedway. Courtney has 12 career victories at the track, including wins in a USAC Midget, USAC Sprint Car and World of Outlaws Sprint Car.

Bet #4 - Will there be more or less than 3.5 cautions?

Analysis: Last year's major Late Model events at Eldora, the Dirt Late Model Dreams and World 100s, averaged 7.5 cautions. We saw as many as nine cautions in the first Dirt Late Model Dream and as little as three cautions in the first World 100. However, those were all 100-lap features. Tuesday night's race is only 50 laps.

Bet #5 - Will Jonathan Davenport lead at least one lap in the feature?

Analysis: The most recent Late Model winner at Eldora and the defending Castrol FloRacing Night In America champion rolls into "The Big E" looking to add another big win to his resume. The driver known as "Superman" has four career World 100 wins and has finished in the top five 50% of the time he's taken a green flag at the track.
