With all-out drag racing, hot roll racing action, an impressive dyno challenge, night meet, and more, TX2K has been touted as the premier motorsport event of the year for more than two decades. For 2022, the TX2K22 Presented by Induction Motorsports event brings together huge horsepower, extreme exotics, sleeper street cars, and more over the weekend of March 16-20 at Houston Raceway Park Powered by Pennzoil in Baytown, Texas.

One day of pre-race testing feeds into four fun-filled days where participants and spectators are treated to a wild display of pure horsepower and head-to-head competition. In 2021, over 30,000 people attended but the same “gathering of friends” atmosphere that inspired the first TX2K was still very much a part of the scene. The energy is absolutely electric as side-by-side 230+ mph roll race battles and 1,000+ horsepower drag cars mix it up in front of fans.

The ultimate street car event with both drag racing and roll racing, TX2K22 will make its final visit to Baytown as the track is slated to be closed just one month later.
