The track known as “America’s Most Famous Short Track” will be featured on FloRacing throughout the year with every NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series event streamed live.

The first live broadcast of the season will take place this Saturday, March 5 for the season opener at the historic North Carolina facility. Saturday’s event will feature a pair of 40-lap races for Late Model Stock Cars, the track’s headline division.

“We look forward to working with FloRacing and NASCAR to bring quality racing from America’s Most Famous Short Track to fans throughout the world,” said Hickory Motor Speedway Promoter Kevin Piercy. “We’re excited to showcase Hickory Motor Speedway to FloRacing’s growing audience of grassroots motorsports fans.”

The addition of Hickory Motor Speedway to the FloRacing lineup continues to strengthen NASCAR and FloSports’ commitment to grassroots racing. This includes funding for local race tracks and increased purses for drivers that compete in NASCAR touring and weekly series events.

“We’re excited to add Hickory Motor Speedway - one of the premier short tracks in the country - to FloRacing,'' said Dan Barker, NASCAR senior director, media strategy. “It helps us continue our mission to bring fans the best short-track racing and give back to tracks and competitors at the grassroots level.”
