During open practice last Saturday at Oswego Speedway, all eyes were on nine-time Novelis Supermodified track champion Otto Sitterly, as he set the fastest time of the day with a lap of 16.343 seconds around the "Steel Palace".

Oswego Speedway's 70th season of racing begins this Saturday, Apr. 8 and will be streamed live on FloRacing.

In 2018 Sitterly won his eighth track title, breaking a tie held the legendary Bentley Warren, then followed with another championship run a year later before the COVID-19 pandemic wiped out the entire 2020 season.
