Exclusive DirtStation Archives Coming To FloRacing

DirtStation is giving FloRacing subscribers a daily dose of dirt-track racing history from March 16th to April 14th.

A daily slice of dirt-track racing history is coming to FloRacing for a limited time.

Drawing on the extensive racing library of Williamsport, Md.-based DirtStation Video, several videos per day for an entire month - March 16 through April 14 - will be posted on FloRacing to take subscribers back in time and relive great and memorable moments from Sprint Car and Dirt Late Model events.

Veteran DirtStation videographer Steve Gigeous has shot thousands of dirt-track races across the country over the past four decades, building a massive video library of historic Sprint Car and Dirt Late Model action. For the next month, FloRacing subscribers will have the chance to view some of the DirtStation footage on a daily basis, adding another highlight to the long list of FloRacing offerings that include live streaming coverage of USAC, Ollie's Bargain Outlet All-Star Circuit of Champions and Eldora Speedway events.

"We're really excited to tap into what I call the greatest dirt-track video collection ever," said Michael Rigsby, general manager of FloRacing. "Steve Gigeous has become a legend in the dirt-track video world from his many years of traveling far-and-wide to shoot races and we're very fortunate to have access to his library. I have no doubt that FloRacing subscribers are going to love watching DirtStation footage from the past."

All FloSports subscribers will have access to the daily DirtStation videos, which will feature an assortment of vintage races, driver interviews and other interesting action from the history of the Sprint Car and Dirt Late Model divisions. Some of the Sprint Car videos that will appear include a 1999 Pennsylvania Speedweek races, the 2017 Labor Day Classic at Port Royal (Pa.) Speedway, a 2019 event from Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pa., and profiles on legendary driver  Jan Opperman and mechanic Davey Brown, while Dirt Late Model videos will include the 1993 Dirt Track World Championship at Pennsboro (W.Va.)
