Longtime USAC supporter ProSource is putting up a $2,500 reward to the driver who passes the most total cars during the feature events throughout USAC’s 2020 National season.

ProSource has previously rewarded USAC competitors through Qualifying, Hard Charger and Hard Work Awards, but after success with the Passing Master award in a number of events last year, such as Indiana Sprint Week and Indiana Midget Week, just to name a few, ProSource is expanding the program for the entire year for USAC’s Silver Crown, AMSOIL National Sprint Car and NOS Energy Drink National Midget divisions.

“I’m almost always around the racetrack,” ProSource’s Buck Rice said.  “I’ve almost always put up money for a hard work award.  I’m just trying to put a few dollars in the pocket where they don’t often get it, enough to buy them a right rear tire or breakfast for the crew on the way home, basically the same thing with the passing master, but on a bigger scale.”

The 2020 season openers for the USAC NOS Energy Drink Midget National Championship and the USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship begin in February at Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, Fla.

Midgets hit the track for practice on Feb. 6 with two full nights of racing to follow on Feb. 7-8.  The sprints take their turn the following week with practice on Feb. 12 and three-straight nights of full racing programs on Feb. 13-14-15.

USAC’s Silver Crown season begins on May 3 in the series debut at Tennessee’s Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway.
