Eastern Storm Finale at Weedsport Rained Out
Persistent rain has forced cancellation of Sunday’s USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car Eastern Storm finale at Weedsport Speedway.
Persistent rain has washed out and forced cancellation of Sunday’s “Eastern Storm” finale for the USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship at New York’s Weedsport Speedway.
Greenfield, Indiana’s C.J. Leary has claimed the 2019 “Eastern Storm” title with 223 points over Tyler Courtney (210), Chase Stockon (206), Chris Windom (199) and Brady Bacon (196), who round out the top-five in the standings.
The series travels to Putnamville, Indiana’s Lincoln Park Speedway for the series' next event on Saturday, June 22.
