The draw for Q1 at the Spa World RX of Benelux, round three of the FIA World Rallycross Championship, has been revealed.

ES Motorsport’s Francois Duval will start on pole position for the first race of the weekend and his first race of the season at his home World RX circuit.

Both of Team STARD’s drivers will also start in race one, Latvia’s Janis Baumanis and Norway’s Pal Try second and fourth on the grid, either side of EKS Sport’s Krisztian Szabo. GC Kompetition’s Guerlain Chicherit will start on the outside.

GRX Taneco’s Joni Wiman and Timur Timerzyanov will start on pole position in races two and three in the team’s Hyundai i20s. ALL-INKL.COM Muennich Motorsport’s Timo Scheider and GCK’s Anton Marklund will both be hoping for better luck than in round two at Catalunya RX from second and third on the grid in Q2. Home heroes Gregoire Demoustier and Guillaume De Ridder will also start in the second race.

Monster Energy RX Cartel’s Andreas Bakkerud will be second alongside Timerzyanov in race three, and his 2018 EKS teammate Mattias Ekstrom will make his World RX return from second on the grid in Q1 race four. Pole for race four will be held by Championship leader Kevin Hansen. RX Cartel’s Liam Doran, Team Peugeot MJP’s Timmy Hansen and GCK Academy’s Cyril Raymond will complete the Q1 grid.
