Rico Abreu won Saturday’s 4-Crown Nationals finale at Eldora Speedway, recovering from an early backslide to fourth to claim his third straight victory in the event’s Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing feature.
The victory was Abreu’s sixth in the 4-Crown Nationals and 15th overall at Eldora. With five races remaining, he leads the High Limit standings by 111 points in pursuit of a second straight championship.
Scelzi finished second for the second consecutive night. Timms, who led the opening seven laps, finished third, followed by Reutzel and Tanner Holmes.
