A king was crowned Saturday night at Eldora Speedway during the 43rd annual Kings Royal. For the seconds straight year, it was Pennsylvania driver Anthony Macri wearing the crown and being crowned King Anthony XLIII.

Macri started from the pole position and led the opening 12 laps of the 40-lap main event before giving up the lead to a charging Garet Williamson. Chasing his first career World of Outlaws Sprint Car win, Williams dominated the middle portion of the race until Rico Abreu closed in from his 10th starting position. 

Abreu hounded Williamson for the lead but couldn't find a way by. Meanwhile, Macri closed back in on the lead duo and moved his way back by Abreu with seven laps remaining prior to the first caution of the race. 

Following the restart, Macri drove back to the top spot with two laps remaining and was on his way to the checkered flag when the caution flag waved on the final lap. 

An open red and a double-file, green-white-checkered restart presented one final challenge for Macri, but he was able to pull away to score the win.

Abreu took over the second spot following the final restart and Gio Scelzi completed the podium. Friday night's "The Knight Before" winner Corey Day and Williamson rounded out the top five.
