The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series concluded its tripleheader weekend with the finale of the 20th annual CMH Diamond Nationals at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Mo.
The two-day program commenced with Friday’s 40-lap, $15,000-to-win Salute to Forrest, which honored the late Forrest Lucas, founder of Lucas Oil products and Lucas Oil Speedway. Lucas died last August at 83. Dillon McCowan put an exclamation point on the weekend in winning the 50-lap, $25,000-to-win finale to sweep the weekend. For complete results, see the rundown below.
