
A torrential downpour hit Mansfield Speedway midway through Friday night’s third Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series heat race, bringing an early end to the Ohio track’s Freedom 250 program.
Lucas Oil Series officials announced that the 50-lap, $25,000-to-win event will not be rescheduled. Information will be released on ticket and pit pass refunds.

The national tour will return to action on Saturday at Muskingum County Speedway in Zanesville, Ohio.
