For the second consecutive year, Mini Tyrrell captured the victory in the race that means the most to him, winning the CARS Tour Mini's Mission 125 at Dominion Raceway.

Tyrrell, who competes full time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, secured the win with a daring three-wide pass on a restart with six laps remaining. The move propelled him to the lead and ultimately helped him hold off the field to claim the checkered flag.

Tyrrell, who was running third at the time, filled a hole on the bottom of the race track to make it three wide with leader Conner Jones and Brenden "Butterbean" Queen to his outside. After completing the pass, Tyrrell then pulled away from Queen on a restart with four laps remaining to claim the win. 

Jones and polesitter Carson Brown collided with four laps to go and ended Jones' night. The on-track incident also led to a brief scuffle in the pit area between both teams. 

Parker Eatmon moved by Queen on the final restart to finish second, while Queen completed the podium in his return to Late Model racing. Brown finished fourth and Chad McCumbee completed the top five. 

The CARS Tour will be back in action on July 17 when both the Pro Late Models and Late Model Stock Cars compete at North Wilkesboro Speedway.
