The CARS Tour returned to action Sunday at Caraway Speedway after weather delayed Saturday’s program. Rain showers forced the postponement, pushing both the Late Model Stock Car and Pro Late Model events to the Sophia, North Carolina, oval a day later than planned.

Defending CARS Tour Late Model Stock Car champion Landen Lewis scored his first victory of the season in the Late Model Stock Car division, while NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver Kaden Honeycutt claimed the Pro Late Model victory. 

Conner Jones scored podium finishes in both divisions, with a second-place result in the 125-lap Late Model Stock race and a third-place finish in the Pro Late Model 100. Current championship leader Caden Kvapil completed the podium in the Late Model Stock feature. 

Honeycutt followed up his Pro Late Model win with a fourth-place run in the Late Model Stock race. 

Both CARS Tour divisions will be back in action on May 9 at Ace Speedway.
