The 2026 Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing season resumed Saturday at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Mo., following a three-week break from touring action and one night after Friday's previously scheduled event at Lakeside Speedway rained out.

Kerry Madsen commanded all 30 laps from the pole, cruising to his first career High Limit victory and first national touring triumph since October 2021 in the Diamond Classic feature for the $12,00 payday, which came by nearly three seconds over runner-up Sye Lynch.

Tanner Holmes ran second the opening six laps until Lynch passed him on the lap-six restart following the feature's lone caution when Danny Sams III and Chase Randall tangled battling for 14th on lap six. Daison Pursley, who ran as high as third, and Hank Davis rounded out the top five.

High Limit points leader Tanner Thorson started 15th and finished 11th, while Aaron Reutzel — second in the standings entering Saturday — started seventh and finished 14th.
