The All Star Circuit of Champions returns for its second season under Rich Farmer this Saturday at Attica (Ohio) Raceway Park — and the Fremont, Ohio, native has wasted no time strengthening the tour’s foundation after last year’s fresh-faced reboot.
A Sprint Car racer and owner of Fremont Speedway, Farmer has worked tirelessly to restore relevance to the nation’s oldest winged Sprint Car series — securing NAPA Auto Parts as title sponsor and Valvoline as presenting sponsor, while also luring Tim Shaffer back to the tour he’s won four championships on.
Founded in 1970, the All Stars went dormant after being sold to Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson following the 2023 season. The series was revived in November 2024 when Farmer stepped in to bring it back to life.
Now entering year two of its resurgence, the roster brings together rising talent, touring veterans and fresh faces, with drivers hailing from California, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

No. 01 Tim Shaffer
National Sprint Car Hall of Famer anchors a youthful roster aboard the Devin Williams-owned No. 01. The second-winningest driver in series history with 59 victories and four-time champion (2009-12) scored four wins last year — his most since 2020 — including an All Stars triumph last August at Bloomington.
No. 5E Bobby Elliott
The 20-year-old from Allenton, Mich., entered 19 of 25 touring events last year, qualifying for 12 features while recording four top-10 finishes with a best of sixth at Michigan’s I-96 Speedway as he looks to build upon finishes like those driving for his family-owned operation.
No. 14 Zane DeVault
The Plymouth, Ind., native returns as a title threat with Randerson Racing after third-place points finish last season. DeVault racked up six top-fives and 14 top-10s in 23 starts on tour last year, though surprisingly went winless after a four-win 2024 campaign. Best tour finish in 2025 came in runner-up last August at Michigan’s I-96.
No. 20B Cody Bova
The 32-year-old from Struthers, Ohio — a former Mercer Raceway 305 champion — returns with his family-owned team after an eighth-place points finish. He logged one top-five and five top-10s in 23 starts, with a best of fourth on opening night at Fremont.
No. 29 Logan McCandless
The Mercer, Pa., driver enters his first full All Star campaign after three series starts last season where he logged two top-10s at Mercer and Freedom. He also picked up two unsanctioned wins in 410 action at Tri-City.
No. 32 Bryce Lucius
The Findlay, Ohio, driver for STP Motorsports figures to contend for series title. He totaled six wins, including two on the All Star tour during Ohio Speedweek at Millstream and Wayne County, and added three top-fives and six top-10s in eight series starts in 2025. Ranked the No. 2 Ohio driver last year by SprintCarRatings.com, trailing only Cap Henry.
No. 38 Leyton Wagner
The New Castle, Pa., driver and 2024 Wayne County Speedway champion returns with his family-owned Three-8 Motorsports team after a ninth-place points finish. He qualified for 20 of 25 features, with his lone top-five — and top-10 — a fifth-place run last September at Mercer.
No. 45 Keith Sheffer Jr.
The 22-year-old enters his third full 410 season and first on the All Star tour aboard the Canton, Ohio-based Brian Grove No. 45 entry. Sheffer recorded one top-five in limited tour action — a fifth at Hartford last August — across seven starts, and picked up two unsanctioned 410 wins at Butler Motor Speedway in Michigan.
No. 47 Todd King
The Sheboygan, Wis., veteran made two tour starts last season, with a best of 12th at Stateline. His best overall finish came with a runner-up finish in IRA action at Wisconsin’s 141 Speedway.
No. 49 Cale Thomas
Back with Rudzik Racing, the Fairland, Ind., driver returns after finishing 28 points shy of the All Star title last year despite running two fewer races. He earned his lone 410 victory in All Star action last June at Mercer and compiled seven podiums, 12 top-fives and 18 top-10s across 23 series starts.
No. 88 Joey Amantea
The Cresco, Pa., native enters his second season in a 410 winged Sprint Car after finding victory lane each of the last four years in USAC East Coast competition. His best 410 winged finish to date is a sixth-place run earlier this month at Port Royal.
No. 97 Zach Hampton
The Indianapolis, Ind., driver takes over the Seeling Motorsports No. 97 after a 12th-place finish on the World of Outlaws tour last season. In 31 career All Star starts, he has one top-10 — a 10th-place run during Ohio Speedweek at Eldora in June 2023.
No. 101 Kalib Henry
The 26-year-old of Roseville, Calif., enters as the defending series champion with car owner Jim Muth. He secured the title with four wins, 13 top-fives and 18 top-10s in 25 features, and added a fifth overall victory on Fremont’s championship night last September. The 2024 Fremont track champion was also ranked the No. 4 Ohio driver by SprintCarRatings.com.
