The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series-sanctioned Wieland Winternationals opened at Ocala Speedway on Monday, launching five consecutive nights of racing at the Bubba Clem-owned 3/8-mile tri-oval.

A decisive move on lap 14 proved to be the difference for Devin Moran of Dresden, Ohio, who slipped beneath Brandon Sheppard in turn one and went on to lead the remainder of Tuesday’s caution-free 30-lap Wieland Winternationals feature. Moran took advantage of Sheppard’s higher corner entry in traffic and cruised to the $7,000 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series victory, winning by 1.225 seconds for his fourth career triumph at Ocala.

Moran continued his early-season surge, becoming the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series’ first repeat winner of 2026. The defending champion — and last year’s Ocala opener winner — followed up his Friday triumph at All-Tech Raceway with his 15th career Georgia-Florida Speedweeks victory and 24th career full-field series win.

Sheppard led the first 13 laps before settling for second, while Clay Harris posted his third top-five of the season in third, doubling his career total despite a right-rear tire going flat shortly after the race.
