The Chili Bowl Nationals return Jan. 12–17 for their 40th edition, celebrating four decades of indoor dirt-track midget car racing. First contested in 1987, the legendary event continues to deliver high-stakes action in one of motorsports’ most intense and iconic arenas.

Larson has been one of the event’s defining competitors, capturing three Chili Bowl Nationals victories while adding another chapter to an 18-year journey at the sport’s most demanding indoor dirt showcase.
After winning back-to-back Golden Drillers in 2020 and 2021, Larson returned in 2025 to claim another championship, proving his reign is far from over.
