Additional Trips To Port Royal Speedway, Eagle Raceway
Affectionately known as The Speed Palace, the premier facility of Central Pennsylvania receives a two-race weekend July 25-26 on top of the $100,000-to-win Bob Weikert Memorial on May 22-24 and the $59,000-to-win Tuscarora 50 on Sept. 10-12, solidifying itself as the most-visited High Limit track on the 2026 schedule.
The last weekend of July was an off-weekend for the High Rollers in 2025. Now the newly-added summer stop at the Juniata County half-mile comes a week after the Kings Royal on the backend of a five-race, six-night stretch across Lernerville Speedway, Ransomville Speedway and Stateline Speedway from July 21-26.
Eagle Raceway, which goes by the moniker 1 Badass Racetrack, has earned another date on the High Limit calendar as well: April 21, the second Tuesday that the high-banked third-mile oval occupies on the series slate. Eagle's $50,000-to-win Eagle Nationals returns on June 9.
12 New Tracks, First Visits To NM, MN, ND And MT
At least a dozen places of the 33 tracks the series visits in 2026 will host first-ever High Limit events, starting with New Mexico's Vado Speedway Park on March 24. The Royal Jones-owned 3/8-mile oval known for a successful stretch hosting Dirt Late Model's Wild West Shootout appeared on the High Limit schedule in 2025 on April 1, a Tuesday, but uncooperative weather cancelled the event.
Route 66 Motor Speedway (Texas) on March 27, Dodge City Raceway Park (Kan.) on March 28, 81 Speedway (Kan.) on April 16, Arrowhead Speedway (Okla.) on April 28, Davenport Speedway (Iowa) on June 1, I-94 EMR Speedway (Minn.) on June 5, Dacotah Speedway (N.D.) on June 6, Shelby County Speedway (Iowa) on June 11, Big Sky Speedway (Mont.) on June 26-27, Stateline Speedway (N.Y.) on July 24 and Santa Maria Speedway (Calif.) on August 20 are also set to host maiden High Limit events.
New Mexico, Minnesota, North Dakota and Montana are states High Limit has not yet competed in. Four dates are also TBA on the High Limit schedule: June 4, June 7, Aug. 23 and Oct. 9.
Expanded Early-Season Events Out West
Next year's High Limit schedule opens with six races in a 10-day span, beginning at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on March 12-14 in conjunction with NASCAR weekend before March 19-21's trip at Central Arizona Raceway.
In 2025, High Limit scheduled to open the campaign March 13 and 15 at Las Vegas, leaving that Friday night open, before visiting three racetracks — Thunderbowl Raceway, Kern Raceway and Perris Auto Raceway — March 19, 21 and 22.
Central Arizona Raceway, which hosted a doubleheader March 28-29 this year, now slides up a weekend as it evolves into a tripleheader on the High Limit calendar.
Rayce Rudeen Foundation Moved Back, To Montana
The eighth annual Rayce Rudeen Foundation Race is on the move again as the memorial event honoring the late son of car owner Kevin Rudeen shifts to Montana's Big Sky Speedway on June 26-27.
Since taking over the event in 2024, the Rayce Rudeen Foundation Race has fallen on the first weekend of June — at Missouri's I-70 Motorsports Park for a two-day show in '24 and this year on June 5, a Thursday, at Wisconsin's 141 Speedway where local driver Travis Arenz scored one of the biggest upsets in Sprint Car history.
Tony Stewart (2019) and Kyle Larson (2020) are former winners of the Rayce Rudeen Foundation Race. It's also Big Sky's first nationally touring Sprint Car race since 2019.
Three Races For Kokomo Raceway, Plus Clauson Memorial
Bryan Clauson's legend lives on all the more as High Limit added a two-day event honoring the late open-wheel superstar at his favorite track, Kokomo Raceway, on May 8-9.
The event replaces a three-race swing at Kansas's 81 Speedway, Lakeside Speedway and Illinois-based Tri-City Speedway, falling between April 30 and May 2 trip to Texas Motor Speedway and May 19 at Pennsylvania's Grandview Speedway.
Kokomo's midweek date, which fell on the second Monday in May the last two years, moves to Sept. 23, the Wednesday before Sept. 25-26's 4-Crown Nationals at Eldora Speedway.
Hockett-McMillin Memorial Coming To High Limit
Traditionally a POWRi-sanctioned event, the 16th annual Jesse Hockett/Daniel McMillin Memorial joins the High Limit campaign next Sept. 17-19, paying $25,000-to-win on the Saturday night finale.
That weekend, which comes directly after Sept. 10-12's Tuscarora 50 at Port Royal Speedway, replaces the Commonwealth Clash at Pennsylvania's Lernerville Speedway.
The three-day Hockett-McMillin Memorial gives the 3/8-mile Wheatland, Mo., state-of-the-art oval another four races on the High Limit calendar, effectively replacing the Diamond Classic that High Limit hosted the last two years the last weekend of June, which in 2026 is occupied by the Rayce Rudeen Foundation Race on the series schedule.
