Spears CARS Tour West Introduces Northwest Pro Late Model Division
SPEARS CARS Tour West officials announced a new Northwest Pro Late Model division that will kick off its season in April.

Building on the momentum of its entitlement partnership renewal, the Spears CARS Tour West is expanding its regional footprint, announcing today the formation of a Northwest Pro Late Model division. The Spears CARS Tour Northwest will make its debut with a nine-race schedule in 2026, beginning at Tri-City Raceway (April 11) and concluding at Wenatchee Valley Super Oval (Sept. 19).
The Spears CARS Tour Northwest schedule features nine events at five tracks across Idaho, Washington and Colorado, with each stop showcasing one of the region’s premier races and offering a minimum purse of $7,500 to win and $1,500 to start. Headlining events include the Apple Cup at Tri-City Raceway (April 11), the Leonard Evans Memorial at Wenatchee Valley Super Oval (April 25), the Mark Galloway Shootout at the 5/8-mile Evergreen Speedway (June 26-27) and the Idaho 200 at Stateline Speedway (July 17-18).
“I’m thrilled to finally announce the addition of the Spears CARS Tour Northwest,” said Kevin Harvick, series co-owner. “A lot of people worked hard to make this happen, and I’m very thankful to all the track owners and promoters for their dedication and cooperation. We have a common goal in wanting to realign and reorganize West Coast racing back to what it was three decades ago. This is a big step in that direction.”
The Spears CARS Tour Northwest division will compete under ULRA rules, consistent with the current CARS Tour West rule book. Minor exceptions will be in place to accommodate competitors in a new region. An additional distinction is that drivers will be permitted to drop one finish from the nine-race schedule, meaning a competitor’s best eight finishes will determine their championship point standing.
