Tyler Courtney Joining Kubota High Limit Racing Broadcast Team On FloRacing
Sprint Car star Tyler Courtney will play the role of color commentator for the remaining Kubota High Limit Racing events on FloRacing in 2025.

Sprint Car standout Tyler Courtney is stepping into a new role for the remainder of the 2025 Kubota High Limit Racing season. While recovering from injuries suffered in a July crash, Courtney will join the FloRacing broadcast team as a color commentator, beginning Friday night at Lernerville Speedway.
Courtney, the defending winner of the Commonwealth Clash at Lernerville, will join the broadcast team consisting of play-by-play announcer Chase Raudman and pit reporter Tony LaPorta.
“Hopefully I’m not terrible at it and I’m able to add some valuable driver perspective to the show,” Courtney joked. “Chase and Tony do a great job already and I’m excited to work with them as well. I’m also just excited in general to get back to the racetrack. Obviously it’s not behind the wheel but this is the closest I can be right now, so I’m grateful for the opportunity.”
Courtney was injured in a crash during the Joker’s Jackpot at Eldora Speedway on July 17. He underwent successful back surgery and is expected to make a full recovery. Courtney plans to return to the Clauson-Marshall Racing No. 7BC Sprint Car as soon as he’s cleared to do so.
In the meantime, the driver known as “Sunshine” will provide expert analysis to fans watching the remaining 12 races of the Kubota High Limit Racing season on FloRacing.
Fans can watch all 12 races, including this week’s Commonwealth Clash at Lernerville Speedway, with a monthly or annual FloRacing subscription. If you’re not already a FloRacing subscriber, you can click here to sign up today.
