Keelan Harvick Unveils Special Scheme For CARS Tour Throwback Classic
Keelan Harvick unveiled his tribute scheme to his grandfather for Saturday's CARS Tour "Throwback Classic" presented by FloRacing at Hickory Motor Speedway.

Keelan Harvick and RackleyWAR unveiled a very special paint scheme that Keelan Harvick will pilot while he chases a $30,000 victory in Saturday’s CARS Tour Throwback Classic at Hickory Motor Speedway on Monday evening.
The 13-year-old third-generation driver is running a special scheme that pays tribute to his late grandfather, John Linville. Harvick and his family surprised his grandmother in a video that Harvick posted to his social media on Monday evening.
Harvick will pilot the No. 32 instead of his usual No. 62, which he also runs in tribute to Linville. The car will be black and gold, just like the car Linville ran for many years at Hickory, with sponsorship from Morton Buildings.

Linville made more than 130 starts in what is now known as the NASCAR Xfinity Series, but is most known for his prowess on the short tracks of North Carolina. Linville won the Late Model Sportsman division championship at Bowman Gray Stadium on three occasions in 1968, 1969, and 1971. He also won the Limited Sportsmen championship in 1970 at Raleigh’s State Fairgrounds Speedway.

Keelan Harvick will pay tribute to his late grandfather, John Linville, in Saturday's CARS Tour Throwback Classic at Hickory Motor Speedway.
Keelan Harvick, the son of 2014 NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick, has found quite a bit of success so far this season in his first year racing full-bodied stock cars, especially when racing against his father in the “Harvick Cup” fueled by Hunt Brothers Pizza. The younger Harvick went to victory lane in CARS Tour West competition at the end of May at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway in Bakersfield, California. He backed that up by taking a victory in CARS Tour action at Hickory Motor Speedway just a couple of weeks ago.
Harvick will be in action in his grandfather’s No. 32 Pro Late Model on Saturday night looking for his second win in a row at Hickory. The $30,000 victory would be the biggest of his young career.
