Friday marked the third night of Sprint Car racing this week at Eldora Speedway with "The Knight Before" event for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. Starting from the pole, Kubota High Limit Racing driver Rico Abreu dominated the night, leading every lap to score his second consecutive "The Knight Before" victory at "The Big E." 

An eventful 30-lap feature saw multiple battles at the front of the field involving Kyle Larson, David Gravel, Aaron Reutzel and Carson Maceco. Reutzel was involved in a serious accident while running second and was taken to the infield care center for evaluation. 

As Abreu took the checkered flag with Macedo behind him, an intense battle took place betwen Larson and Gravel. Larson ultimately beat Gravel for the final podium spot before the two drivers collided and words were exchanged after the checkered flag. 

Gravel finished fourth, while Buddy Kofoid charged from his 25th starting position to complete the top five. 

Kings Royal week at Eldora Speedway concludes Saturday with the $200,000-to-win main event.
