After Friday's entertaining feature at Atomic Speedway won by Ricky Thornton Jr., the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series post-Speedweeks campaign continued Saturday at legendary Indiana quarter-mile oval Brownstown Speedway.
Devin Moran held off Ricky Thornton Jr. and led all 50 laps to capture the $25,000 Indiana Icebreaker at Brownstown. Moran beat Thornton by 1.118 seconds for his second career Brownstown triumph (last year's Icebreaker paid $15,000) and his 18th career full-field Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series victory.
Pole-starting Jonathan Davenport finished third with 10th-starting Mike Marlar and Friday's runner-up at Atomic in Josh Rice rounding out the top-five. Hudson O'Neal ran third until his engine expired on lap 32. Fourth-starting Garrett Alberson also had engine trouble in his 14th-place finish.
