
The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series gave Shelby County Speedway is first-ever national touring Dirt Late Model event on Monday with the 53-lap, $10,053-to-win Kosiski Family 53.
Hudson O'Neal picked up his second straight victory with SSI Motorsports at the Iowa third-mile oval, leading the final 32 laps to again top Ricky Thornton Jr., who finished runner-up, 3.503 seconds behind.
Garrett Alberson rounded out the podium in third and led laps 15 through 18. Thornton led a total of 17 laps when he paced the opening 14 laps before leading a second time from laps 19 through 21. Jonathan Davenport and Devin Moran made up the top-five.

Clay Harris finished eighth from the 16th-starting spot. Mike Marlar finished 11th from the 23rd-starting spot.
