When the 2024 Kubota High Limit Racing schedule was announced in December, it included 60 days of racing at 36 tracks in 19 states and more than $4 million in prize money up for grabs.

Every event on the schedule pays a minimum of $10,000 to the winner, with multiple opportunities to take home $100,000 or more.

One of the highlights of the calendar is a memorable weekend at the Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania, that will feature a series of events paying a combined $91,000 to the four winners.

On Saturday (May 25), 410 sprint cars from High Limit Racing and the PA Posse will race for a $10,000 top prize, followed by the Selinsgrove Ford super late models hitting the half-mile dirt track with a shot at a $4,000 top prize.

The HLR action is scheduled for approximately 7 p.m. Eastern, with hot laps getting underway at 6 p.m.

After a day of tailgating and an Indianapolis 500 watch party Sunday (May 26), fans in Port Royal will get to enjoy the main event of the weekend – The Weikert aka the Bob Weikert Memorial – which will see the speedy 410 sprints battle for a $75,000 top prize.

The festivities also will include the Zimmerman Truck Repair limited late models race for another $2,000.

Sunday’s featured race is scheduled for 7 p.m. Eastern, with hot laps getting underway at 6 p.m.

About Port Royal Speedway

The half-mile dirt track opened in the 1930s and has been a regular stop for sprint cars, late models and more, though it nearly fell into disrepair just over a decade ago.

Improvements, beginning with the surface of the track, started around 2011, and the modernized venue continues to attract fans and top-tier events.

About High Limit Racing

High Limit Racing came as a collaboration between NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Larson, who races just about anything with tires and a steering wheel, and five-time World of Outlaws series winner Brad Sweet.

A main goal of their efforts is to elevate the profile of the dirt track/sprint car racing and help the drivers and teams make substantial livings, while giving the fans more opportunities to see their favorite cars and drivers in action.
