The College Fan Guide To USA Wrestling's 2024 Olympic Team Trials

Every four years, the Olympic Team Trials attracts one of the greatest collections of active American wrestlers under one roof. Just how great will the 2024 Trials in State College be? Keep reading and we will tell you!

To get a better idea of just how tremendous the men's freestyle tournament will be, we counted up every NCAA appearance made and All-American honor earned by all the entrants.

By our count 241 NCAA qualifications, 175 NCAA medals, and 67 NCAA titles will be represented in the brackets this weekend.

Pretty good!

Especially considering how those numbers will rise as the years go by as so many participants at Trials still have years of NCAA eligibility remaining.

Note: not everyone who qualified for the men's freestyle competition will be at the trials. We've removed some of the wrestlers who we believe won't be there and we tried to be consistent by only listing programs that wrestlers competed for in the postseason. We also did our best to accurately tally everyone's accolades, but please let us know if we should make any corrections!
