NHRA Pro Stock driver, Camrie Caruso was involved in a single car, top end incident last weekend at the NHRA Arizona Nationals at Firebird Motorsports Park. Caruso made contact with both walls after she aborted the run in the final qualifying attempt. She was conscious and out of the car at the top end, but was sent to a local hospital for further evaluation where a broken leg was confirmed. 

Caruso's return has not yet been confirmed but has been estimated at 'a few months' at least.
