The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series has its opening night of the five-night Winter Nationals on Tuesdsay at East Bay Raceway Park, the third-mile oval in its final season of operations.

Hudson O'Neal fended off an early challenge from Tyler Erb and led 23 of 30 laps for the $5,000 paycheck. The non-points event is his third win of the Lucas Oil Series season.

Daulton Wilson finished runner-up from the sixth-starting spot. Jonathan Davenport rounded out the podium. Erb finished sixth after leading laps four through 10. Devin Moran was hard charger in an 18th-to-fifth march through the field.
