Eight of the top 10 drivers in the latest DirtonDirt.com power rankings will be in action Tuesday night when the Castrol FloRacing Night in America season resumes at Fairbury Speedway. The traditional One for the Road event at the Illinois bullring is the eighth event of the 2023 season, with the winner slated to take home a $23,023 top prize.

The star-studded entry list is headlined by World 100 winner Hudson O'Neal, who is fresh off the biggest victory of his young career at Eldora Speedway. Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series points leader Ricky Thornton, Jr. and World of Outlaws Late Model Series points leader Bobby Pierce are also expected to compete in the event.

Pierce enters the race with a Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series win at Fairbury this season, while RTJ won the track's crown jewel event -- the Prairie Dirt Classic -- in July. Pierce is also the defending winner of the One for the Road event at FALS.

Brandon Sheppard, the defending Castrol FloRacing Night in America champion, is expected to be in action in his home state.

Dennis Erb, Jr., a two-time Castrol FloRacing Night in America this season, will also be defending him home turf in the Illini State.

Other Illinois drivers on the expected entry list include recent World 100 prelim winner Brian Shirley, Shannon Babb, Jason Feger, Ryan Unzicker and Frank Heckenast, Jr.
