While announcing the split on the team's Facebook page, Kreitz Racing indicated that they will be looking for driver(s) to finish out the 2023 Sprint Car season.

Dewease and the Kreitz Racing team have been one of the most successful Sprint Car teams in the Pennsylvania area since joining forces in 2016. The combination teamed up to win two National Opens at Williams Grove Speedway, three Tuscarora 50s at Port Royal Speedway and two Bob Weikert Memorials at Port Royal Speedway. Overall, Dewease and Kreitz scored nine World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series wins and 16 Tezos All Star Circuit of Champions victories.

A 19th-place finish in Saturday's World of Outlaws race at Williams Grove Speedway will serve as Dewease's final result behind the wheel of the No. 69K Sprint Car.

Dewease recently climbed aboard the No. 39M Macri Motorsports ride for the Eldora Million and Kings Royal at Eldora Speedway. Macri Motorsports recently announced that California native Justin Sanders would be driving the car for upcoming events.

The ever-evolving world of Sprint Car musical chairs continues to play out in 2023. Stay tuned for more updates on plans for both Dewease and Kreitz Racing.
