A seat normally occupied by NASCAR Cup Series star Kyle Larson will be filled with one of dirt late model racing's biggest stars on Wednesday and Thursday. Tim McCreadie, the two-time defending Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series champion, will drive the K&L Rumley Enterprises No. 5 dirt late model during Castrol FloRacing Night in America at Spoon River Speedway and Lincoln Speedway. 

Castrol FloRacing Night in America events at Spoon River and Lincoln serve as the first two events of Illinois Speedweek before the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series takes over at Fairbury Speedway on Friday and Farmer City Raceway on Saturday. McCreadie will return to his No. 39 Paylor Motorsports car for the two Lucas Oil events. 

McCreadie joins a star-studded field of drivers expected to be in action during both Castrol FloRacing Night in America events. 

Mike Marlar enters Wednesday's race at Spoon River as the series points leader by 12 points over Ricky Thornton, Jr. and 24 points over McCreadie. Devin Moran and Brandon Sheppard complete the current top five in the standings. All five drivers are expected to be in attendance Wednesday night. 

Hudson O'Neal, the current points leader with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, is also expected to race Wednesday night. 

Of course, a strong contingent of Illinois drivers will be looking to defend their home turf with the likes of Bobby Pierce, Gordy Gundaker, Ryan Unzicker, Jason Feger, Shannon Babb and Dennis Erb. Jr. expected to compete. 

National stars Tyler Erb, Jimmy Owens, Tanner English and Max Blair are also expected to be in action.

Castrol FloRacing Night in America at Spoon River Speedway begins with a pre-race show at 5:15 p.m. CT / 6:15 p.m. ET leading into hot laps at 6 p.m. CT / 7 p.m. ET. Super Late Models will compete in a full program consisting of hot laps, qualifying, heat races, b-mains and a 50-lap feature. Modifieds will also be in action with a 30-lap feature to end the night.
